Come Home to Yourself
For when the outside is holding and the inside isn’t.
You are getting everything done. You are still longing for more. Six weeks of simple, science-backed practices and a small, steady group of people walking it with you, so you can find your way back to the person underneath all that holding.
Enrolment closes November 2, or when the last place is filled. Four to six people per cohort. Six short sessions, four live group calls, and your own 1:1s with me.

Nothing is wrong, exactly. You’re just tired.
Tired of holding it all together. Tired of feeling tired. Tired of feeling disconnected from yourself, even after all the books you’ve read and the podcasts you’ve listened to on the drive in.
From the outside, it looks fine. The work gets done. The people around you are looked after. You show up, and you show up well.
And yet.
- You go to bed exhausted and wake up the same way.
- You’re going through the motions, and you know it.
- You watch other people make time for themselves and quietly wonder what that would actually feel like.
- You know there’s more joy available to you. You just can’t seem to find the door.
And quite frankly, you don’t have time to read another book. You don’t need more information. You need a few simple tools you can actually fit into the life you already have.
I get it. I get it, I get it, I get it. Because I’ve been there.
If you’re nodding along, this was made for you.
Join nowThis came from needing it myself.
I know what it’s like to be getting everything done and still longing for more. To be tired all the time. To be looking for joy, and for people who steady you, and to be doing that quietly while everything looks fine from the outside.
For a long time I was very good at the doing. Corporate Canada rewards that. What nobody teaches you is how to come back to yourself when the doing has taken over.
So this program didn’t come from a textbook. It came from my own kitchen table. These are the same tools I use every day, and I use them imperfectly. Some days I breathe my way through a hard morning. Some days I forget completely, and then I remember, and I start again. That’s the practice.
What I’ve learned, as a coach and as a woman doing her own work, is that you can’t lead anyone else well until you can lead yourself. And leading yourself starts with something simpler than you’d think: learning to come home to your own body, your own rhythm, your own people.

Six weeks. One small practice at a time.
Come Home to Yourself is a six-week online program with practical, nervous-system-informed tools for resilience. Each Monday a new session arrives: short videos in chapter format, one practice for the week, and the pages from your workbook that go with it.
I’ll always explain the science behind a tool first, because I think you deserve to know why something works before you try it. And if a tool doesn’t feel right for you yet, that’s okay. We put it back in the toolbox. It’ll be there when you need it.
The six sessions
Welcome & Foundation.
Where are you right now, honestly? We start with the Resilience Wheel, a simple way to see where you’re full and where you’re running on empty.
The Gateway: Breath.
Your breath is the fastest way to tell your nervous system it’s safe. We’ll look at your diaphragm and your heart rhythm, and why they matter more than you’d think.
The Daily Rhythm of Resilience.
Your energy has a rhythm, and so does your cortisol. Learn to work with your day instead of pushing against it, including how what you eat can steady you.
The Mirror.
A gentle, candid look at the story you’re telling yourself, and whether it’s still serving you.
Sleep & Social Connection.
Two things we tend to sacrifice first and need the most. You’ll track your sleep and get clear on who fills you up.
Gratitude, Integration & Commitments.
We revisit your Resilience Wheel, meet your future self, and you choose three commitments to carry forward.
Listen on a walk. Listen while you make dinner. You don’t need to sit and watch. You just need to show up.
Six weeks from now
You’ll know what drains you and what restores you, in your own words rather than someone else’s list.
You’ll have a breath you can reach for in the two minutes before or after a hard conversation.
You’ll know where your energy rises and dips across the day, so you can plan around it instead of pushing through it.
And you’ll leave with three commitments you chose yourself.
Six Mondays. One small practice at a time. Ready to begin?
Join nowCome Home to Yourself is for you if...
- You’re willing to be candid with yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable.
- You’d rather do this alongside other people than on your own.
- You’re open to being coached in the moment, in front of a small, trusted group.
- You’re willing to do the work imperfectly. Imperfectly is the whole point.
- Somewhere inside, you know there’s the possibility of more joy in your life.
This probably isn’t a space for you yet if...
- You want to be told what to do. I’m not the smartest person in the room. You are. My job is to ask the questions.
- You’re looking for therapy. This is coaching, and it’s a different thing.
- You want a productivity program. This isn’t about getting more done. You’re already doing plenty.
- You’d prefer to go it alone. The group is the heart of this. Four live calls, four to six people.
- You want a quick result. Coming home to yourself takes a little time, and that’s okay.
Read the first list and felt a little yes? Trust that.
Join nowEverything you need, nothing you don’t.
A 30-minute 1:1 with me before we begin.
So I know who you are and what you’re coming home to. We’ll book your 30- and 60-day calls while we’re there.
Six weekly sessions.
Short videos and one practice, released every Monday.
Four live group calls.
On Zoom, Mondays at 4 pm ET: November 9, November 23 and December 7, with a 90-minute closing call on December 14. They’re not recorded, so what’s said in the room stays in the room.
Your workbook, twice.
A PDF the moment you register, and a printed copy mailed to your door through Canada Post.
A little nudge in the middle.
A Hey You card arrives in the mail around week two, and short WhatsApp prompts twice a week. Under nine words. Nothing to reply to.
Two more 1:1s after the program.
Thirty minutes each, at 30 and 60 days, so what you’ve built has somewhere to land.
How it works
You register, and your workbook arrives in your inbox. You book your onboarding call with me. Then you can read through the workbook, but I’ll ask you to leave the practices until each week arrives. There’s no rush here.
Nobody will chase you. You’ll get a reminder or two, and that’s it. You’re a grown-up with full agency, and I trust you to make the choices that are right for you.

What the first group discovered
Before opening this up, a small group walked through Come Home to Yourself with me. A few things they said stayed with me.
They called it bumpy. Some said, I should be good at all of these things. More than one said, simply, I forgot. And every one of those moments was part of it. Forgetting and coming back is the practice.
What they named again and again was the group. A space where they felt safe. Hearing from each other, they said, was the best part.

Four to six people. One safe room. There’s a seat for you.
Join nowQuestions you might be thinking about
Still thinking? That’s okay. When you’re ready, the door is open.
Join nowI’m really busy. Can I keep up?
What if I miss a group call?
What if I join close to the start date?
Is this therapy?
Why such a small group?
Do I need to know anything about the nervous system?
What happens after the six weeks?
You’ve been holding everyone else. Who’s holding you?
You don’t have to fall apart to deserve a little care. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up, imperfectly, alongside a few people who get it.
If something in you is saying yes, this, finally, I’d love to walk these six weeks with you.
